Dorsata honey is a Malaysian multifloral jungle honey, rich in health benefits that were once only available to the sultans. It is produced by the rock bee (Apis dorsata), which builds impressive hives up to 9 feet long in the branches of the Tualang tree, towering up to 250 feet above the jungle floor.
